Here's a list of guidelines for your wedding or event decor:
ACCESS: Items should be setup during your pre-arranged access or you may request additional access for a hourly fee. On average most simple setups (less than 15 tables, less than 5 parts per centerpiece) take about 2 hours for setup and about 2 hours for take down. This time can very depending on the complexity of your arrangements and the amount of people helping set up. Feel free to email Anthony to gain insight on how long your setup/take down may take.

LOADING IN:
Friday:
Friday timeline (if there is no booking) is as follows:
Friday nights are not part of your rental with Sticks, however, we do allow access if there is not a booking that night. The access is billed hourly.
The cost is $50 per hour from 5 to 8pm with a 2-hour minimum. From 8pm to 10pm the cost is $75 per hour. 10pm is the latest that we grant Friday access. Access must be arranged 2 months before your reception date. 5:00pm is the time you are allowed to access Sticks for setup or for your inside rehearsal. Since your booking is on Saturday, Friday access is an additional cost.
If there is a Friday booking all access will be moved to Saturday and should be provided by the caterer or by Out of Box for an hourly fee. Please email Anthony to see if access is possible on Friday, and to schedule access please click here: LINK
Saturday:
Access for setup on Saturday will start after the tables and chairs are set. And access is $50 per hour with a 2-hour minimum until the caterer arrives to release the Out of Box event staff. To schedule access please click here: LINK

LOADING OUT:
After your event, people should be assigned to help remove personal items from the tables and then load your decor items into cars after the reception. If you wish to hire staff to take care of this you may click here for pricing: LINK
With prior permission you may remove the personal items from the tables and store them with left over wine, etc. next to the main entrance (kitchen entrance) for pickup on Sunday, however, Sunday access must be scheduled 2 months prior and there is an hourly fee, you may request Sunday access here: LINK
