Decor Labor:
Below are the details for decor setup and take down labor, please feel free to email with any questions!
Labor hours will depend on what is being setup. We will customize a labor quote for you based on your decorations. Please send us a detailed inventory of what you are bringing in for decor and a photo of how you'd like it setup. Setup staff will use the photo as a guide when setting up.

Costs:
Centerpieces: Centerpieces containing 5 items are fewer are $15 per table for setup and $10 for take down when setup is purchased. Late night take down after 8pm please add $100. Minimum labor is $250 for setup and $250 for take down
Note: For Sticks Studio weddings the $50 per hour access fee is waived. Holiday labor is subject to approval and is $400 minimum for setup and $400 minimum for take down.
Custom decor bids:
Hourly rates for custom decor bids are based on the number of staffing needed x $50 per hour per staff person between 8am to 5pm and $75 per hour per staff person outside those hours.
Terms:
- Hours will be based on the inventory and complexity of setup.
- Unloading/loading/unpacking/packing are also counted as labor hours.
- Payment of the labor is due 1 month before the event.
- Items that need to be removed after an event (after 5pm or before 8am) will be billed time and a half ($75 per hour).
- Items over 15 pounds may require another labor person or two on-site to handle all heavy lifting.
- Ceiling work and work on ladders will require a custom bid.
- All tools must be included with the items to setup.
