You choose the appetizers that you would like. All prices are per person and based on a 3-hour cocktail party unless otherwise noted.

Thank you for considering Out of Box Catering and Event Planning for your upcoming event. Our menus are guidelines designed to assist you. Out of Box Catering would be happy to prepare customized proposals to accommodate your special needs or specific requests. Below are some terms for our catering services:

Menu prices are subject to change without notice.
$30 Drop off charge in the Des Moines area.
· Out of Box will provide high quality disposable plates, utensils, napkins (your choice of color), catering set up, catering tear down, catering clean up, one staff member per 75 guests, and white porcelain presentation plates for a 22% charge. Based on your needs additional staff may be needed (bartender, door attendant, coat check, runner, etc.) that staff is not included, but Out of Box can provide staffing for your other needs. Average staffing cost is $25 per hour per employee ($75 minimum).
· Out of Box can work with your other vendors to handle rentals, invitations, drinks, valet, band, etc. at a fee of 20% of the total invoice with the vendor Out of Box is coordinating with.
· Out of Box Event Planning can discuss the detailed plans of your whole event and give you vendor referrals at a rate of $60 per hour.
· The final details of your event are to be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event so that our entire staff may prepare to ensure you an excellent experience.
· Final attendance is required by 11:00 a.m., 7 business days in advance, or the expected number will be used. This number will be your guarantee and is not subject to reduction.
