The Wedding Week Itinerary &
Timeline Package:
The itinerary package takes all the plans, vendor arraignments, and final To Do’s and put it in 1 document (usually 8 to 10 pages long). It's an epic document that takes your wedding week and organizes it into one file!*
The Itinerary Package Details:
$500
Includes the following:
1. Phone meeting to learn more about your event and to provide a To Do list of needs before the Itinerary/Timeline meeting.
2. Pre-meeting prep guide and worksheet to complete.
3. 3-hour Itinerary/Timeline meeting - this is where the 1st draft of the timeline is created
4. Ceremony Sheet (included with all packages) if no ceremony please remove $25 from the package
5. Website link (on the Out of Box Productions site) where your wedding party and family can access the timeline (up and running a week or two before the wedding/reception).
6. Wedding Itinerary/Timeline Review (usually the Monday before the wedding to produce the final final draft of the Itinerary.
*Note only Out of Box can edit, copy, paste or adjust the Timeline. Add optional day of coordination from one of our planning teams for $1500.
