Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination - add $500 to any existing planning package or $1000 a la carte.
The rehearsal dinner can often be a ‘mini-wedding’, with almost as much work! Out of Box Weddings will help you with the following:
• Help locate a location for the rehearsal dinner
• Assist in finding a caterer and planning the menu
• Provide an estimate for drinks needed
• Create a 1 page timeline for the flow of the night
• Coordinate the order of rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)
• Assist with invitations selection and wording
• Help to coordinate flowers and décor pieces
• Vendor Referrals: DJ, Cake, Music, Photographer, etc.
• Rehearsal Dinner Night: 4-hours of on-site coordination (additional hours and staff are billed hourly).
*Note: Prices are based on weddings with up to 250 guests. Please add $200 for each additional 100 guests for additional staffing. Holiday’s add $500 (NYE, Christmas, and Thanksgiving). Monthly planning meetings do not carry over unless specified by Out of Box. If the venue requires, there may be a charge for special liability insurance. Duties outside of the contracted day of hours are billed at an hourly rate. Travel mileage, per day expenses, and hotel costs are figured case by case for events outside of the Des Moines area.
