How to load in at Sticks Studio
You may bring items to Sticks on Saturday (please arrange access here). If there is no event on Friday then you may hire staff for access from 5 to 8pm for your decor setup (please arrange access here). Staffing fee's apply to both options.
Please see the diagram below on how to load in, and please keep in mind the following policies:
- Please remember to only access the kitchen area until tables are being placed. You must have permission to load in from Sticks/Out of Box. Click to email Anthony to request access or fill out the form in the link above: EMAIL
- Please bring items up the main walk-way (see the diagram below) and place them on the southside of the kitchen door to store or you may stage decor items on the main kitchen counter to place on the tables after they have been setup.
- If there are employees on-site working please do not ask them any questions about setup, the event, or even about their work at Sticks, they must complete their tasks for the day and should not be disturbed.
- Please call with any questions (even where the bathroom is) to Anthony 515 710 6658 – Out of Box runs the events at Sticks and Sticks employees are not your contact for questions.
