Access to Sticks Design Studio before for caterer is on-site to unlock the doors may be contracted by using the link below. Please reserve this access 2 months prior to your event so that we can plan for staffing.
Decor Setup:
Friday nor Sunday is not part of your rental, however, if arranged ahead of time you may have access on those days for an hourly fee.
If you are setting up your own decor items or having a company set them up on your behalf, we try to have setup you setup on Friday (as long as there is no event scheduled), usually tables are set up after 5:00pm or so (subject to change) depending on how complex your reception is. Our rental company partner does not guarantee a set time for items being set up, but they will give you their best estimate 2 weeks before the wedding (please email to discuss). Access for personal decor setup starts at 5pm and is $50 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours ($150). If you remain past 8pm you will be billed an hourly rate of $100 per hour. Access hours are billed and paid for before your event.
You may bring items up the main walkway at 4:45pm and begin setting up at 5pm. Please place the decor items either right next to the kitchen main entrance (southside) and not on any tables or in front of the bar as they will need to access those items to move them into place for the reception or you may stage your centerpieces on our main kitchen counter and then place them on the tables as they are set. We also have decor companies that are approved that will decorate on your behalf. Decor items would need to be removed from the tables at the end of the night and either placed into cars after the reception or placed in a corner by the main entrance for pickup on Sunday (there are charges for Sunday access). Friday: $150 You may access Sticks on Friday to setup for your Saturday event after hours from 5 to 8pm at $50 per hour (2 hour min.) Access past 8pm is $75 per hour and there is no access past 10pm on Friday. This access is case by case and needs approved before for the reception.
Saturday: $50 per hour - 3 hour min. Access on Saturday may start as early as 8am and is a $50 per hour charge with a minimum of 3 hours. If you aren't contracting us for early access then your caterer will be the one that provides access to Sticks and the doors will be otherwise locked before they arrive.
Sunday: Access for pickup of items on Sunday is from Noon until 2pm and is $150. All items must be placed in the back dock for Sunday pickup. Items such as centerpieces, personal table linens, and cake decor items must be removed from rented tables and placed at the door for pickup too. Click here to see a map loading out: LINK
Rehearsal Access: Access for your rehearsal can be scheduled here, the fee for inside rehearsal access is $150: LINK
