First things first...
Booking your planner, caterer, photographer, DJ, and Florist should be top priorities. Click on any of the 'hot links' in black for more information about the services we offer for each area.
6-8 Months:
Save the Dates: Start on creating your save the dates, give yourself a couple months to get your the Save the Dates designed and printed. The should be sent out 6 months before you wedding. Click on this link for information on Save the Dates design: Click here
6 Months:
Rentals: Tables, chairs, linens. Renting these items early is key especially if you have your wedding on a Saturday in April, May, June, September, or October. There's only so many to go around! Click on this link to get started on creating a quote: Click here

Vendors: At this time almost all your vendors should be picked, if you still need to hire vendors click here for a list of

3 Months:
Invites: It's time to get stared on the invites! We offer a free custom design for invites, click on the link for more information: Click here
PS. When picking your RSVP date, pick 3 weeks before as you may need a week to contact guests who forgot to RSVP. Also, many of your vendors want final numbers and final payment 2 weeks before.

1 Month:
Insurance: Please order your event liability insurance at this time, click for more information: Click here
Vendors: Please make sure you submit all your vendors for approval. Please fill out this link to submit your vendors & key details: Click here

Final Numbers/Payments: At this time your final will be due for you venue, rentals, flowers, planners, photographer, DJ, pretty much all vendors. If you are having escort cards/place cards, you'll also want a final excel list for printing (or handwriting of those). LINK

Wine and Beer: To arrange your wine and beer delivery click here: LINK
Week of:
Some caterers will allow you to tell them the final numbers 1 week before the wedding. If this is the case for you, then this would be the time to let them know so that they can order food and arrange for proper staff.
