Bar Details:
At Sticks the approved caterer must provide bartenders and hard liquor. If the caterer allows you, the client, may provide beer and wine (this is up to each caterer to allow this). The caterer must be up-to-date on their license and dram. They may charge bar staff fee’s, bar setup fees, dram fees, or corkage fee’s as they wish. Please clarify their fees for drinks before booking with your caterer.
If you do provide any items for the bar such as beer, wine, soda, bottled water, etc. It’s your responsibility to either hire the caterer to handle all bar setup and provide all necessary items (ice buckets, scoops, wine and bottle openers, large coolers for extra ice/beer/wine, etc.) or it’s your responsibility to setup all items and provide bar tools on your own.
At the end of the night all beer, wine, and left over drinks must be removed from the building. All ice dumped out of buckets and all bar related items cleaned and removed. If you wish, with prior permission you may pick up the left over items on Sunday for a $100 access fee (from 12-2pm). Please arrange this access 2 months prior to your wedding. Arrange access here: LINK
Sunday or weekday events would need to remove drinks at the end of the night.
Please note: Even with Sunday pickup all items will need to be organized on carts next to the south side of the kitchen main entrance. All ice and water must be dumped from any coolers or tubs - no standing water/ice overnight please.
Quantities:
Please remember, the caterer and Out of Box staff are happy to provide our best guess for quantities, however, we do not know if your group will decide to change their drink of choice during the reception night causing an item to run out. You are creating a pop up bar for the night. And just like any bar they have storerooms filled with more items to bring out if something runs outs. Because of this we suggest having extras of everything. Yes, you'll have more to take home after the event, but that's easier than having a family member run to get more drinks (paid staff can not buy drinks). Neither Out of Box nor the caterer are responsible for items running out due to their advise. We will advise based on our professional experience, but every event is different.

Beer:
Notes: Maximum 3 options. Cans or bottles recommended. If kegs are used they do require you have a kegerator or jockey box for dispensing. Often times when you add the rental of the kegorator/jockey box, ice, cups, and pitchers you end up getting as close of a price to just having bottles or cans and remember you can take home leftover bottles but you can't take home a leftover keg.
Kegs: If you are using kegs please remember someone will need to be in charge of pickup/delivery of the keg and removing it form the building. Also, either the caterer (if they agree to it) or a friend would need to be assigned to be on-site with the keg arrives and set it up in it's proper area. You will also need to rent a kegorator or jockey box and those items will need to be returned too. Please fill out the form here if planning on having kegs: LINK
Wine:
Notes: 1 red and 1 white. 5 glasses will be served from a bottle. 60 servings in 1 case. 1 glass per hour per wine drinker. Which means your wine drinkers will drink about 1 bottle per person for the night (on average).
Soda & Bottled Water:
Notes: You may work with your caterer on this and they can provide soda, lemonade, tea, water or you may handle this yourself. Remember if you handle it yourself you’ll need to plan on how to get it there, how to cool it, who will replenish it, and who will clean it up at the end of the night or you may pay the caterer to do this, but they usually will charge a fee for this.

If you handles this on your own remember you’ll need to plan for how it will get there, who will set it up, and who will remove leftover items and ice and remove it at the end of the night.
