StageWest Theatre Company Presents the
“4th, Sixth Annual Fool’s Ball”
Des Moines, Iowa - The “4TH, Sixth Annual Fool’s Ball” fundraising gala, hosted by StageWest Theatre Company, is scheduled for April 1, 2016. The evening will include entertainment by Des Moines’ own Gina Gedler, food, an auction and the announcement of StageWest’s 2016-2017 production season.
The gala, held at Sticks Design Studio, incorporates a “Masquerade” theme in conjunction with April Fool’s Day, complete with drinks, laughs and all-around good-natured mayhem. Gina Gedler, a local well-known singer and actress, will entertain the crowd while they enjoy food catered by Taste To Go!, desserts by Crème Cupcake and a silent auction. StageWest Theatre Company Producing Artistic Director Todd Buchacker will announce the 2016-2017 season during the evening.
Attendees are welcome – but not required – to wear a mask for the “Masquerade” theme. Proceeds from the Fool’s Ball will benefit StageWest and help them continue to provide Bold Contemporary productions; Bold Plays for Adventurous audiences.
