Staff & Labor:
Staffing hours for client early access: $50 per hour - Minimum of 2 hours
On-site event manager to assist catering staff: $50 per hour - Minimum of 2 hours
Late night removal of centerpieces: $15 per centerpiece - Minimum of $150
Sweep and mop: $150 (all trash must be taken out by caterer, all spills and broken glass cleaned to avoid bugs)
Please request labor 2 months before the event date as staff is subject to availability.
