OPENING UP THE STICKS STUDIO
Just simply follow the steps listed below to open up the studio.
Enter and Unlock the Employee entrance door (must enter from here)
a.Unlock the door and head directly to the alarm panel to disarm it. Please reference the photo instructions on how to turn off the alarm system that was provided to you. Need it again, click here
To disarm the security system
a.Enter your vendor alarm code and enter the building. Note: There is no off button, just enter your code and it will shut off.
Turn on Bathroom Lights & floor rope lights
a.Behind the alarm panel there are 3 lights for the restrooms, please turn those on. Note: There are photos of each light panel in a binder located in the mobile bar top drawer. Or you may access the electronic file here
b.As you walk down the main hall plug in floor rope lights
Unlock kitchen door and Turn on Other Lights
a.Use primary building key to lock kitchen door. Please keep the door shut if the heat is on. You may have it open in warmer months.
b.Turn on the breaker labeled rope lighting in the kitchen utility closet
c.Turn on kitchen lights using the 2 switches in the south utility closet in the kitchen
Unlock east side painting door and Turn on Other Rope Lights
d.Use primary building key to unlock the painting Atrium door
e.Turn east side rope lights using the switch on the pole closest to the Atrium door
Other Doors
a. During warmer months, you may open the other 2 doors in the drawing room to create a cross breeze in the Drawing Room.
Dock doors
a.You may unlock back dock doors as needed. Please only use the right southside dock doors. As the North dock doors should remained locked.
Light Candles: Note that you’ll need to bring candle lighters for this and discuss timing for lighting these with your client. They are typically lit before the cocktail hour.
Light Tiki: Please light at dusk. DO NOT light the tiki if it’s sill bright out as they only last for about 4 hours and should be lit only after dark.
Back-dock Lights: After dusk you may turn on the back-dock room lights for more light when cleaning. Note that Breaker 10&12 may be turned on to have the back dock lights on for loading the truck at the end of the night.
