Using a caterer not on the approved on the Sticks list...

Please note all caterers not on the Sticks list must be approved before booking the caterer.  The caterer must have the following to be approved:

• A licensed catering kitchen with no health inspection issues
• A Class C liquor license with catering privilege
• A full staff of banquet servers and bartenders
• An overall good standing within the community ​​

If approved, we do require an event manager on-site to work with the caterer, the cost for this is $50 per hour from the 1st access until the end of cleanup.  We are not able to remove or discount this fee.
