1. Décor Meeting:  Diagram, rentals, & centerpieces planning meeting:  After 2pm - November 15th
2. Timeline:  2 hours
   1. Creating the Timeline & confirm timing with all vendors (to be complete by 5/1/17).
3. Planning Package:  Day of Coordination Package (vendor referrals, advice, & diagram)
4. Final walk-through (the week of)
5. Rehearsal coordination
6. Day of:  8 (1 to 9pm) Hours onsite coordination (day of wedding) + 1 assistant
