Rehearsal Steps:
1. Everyone should arrive on a bus at the same time but check in with the bride that most everyone is there. Then before you get started let the officiant (Nicola) know that you'll handle the walking part and then they can take over on the talking part. She can enter from the side after the the groom has dropped off his parents (I know usually the MOB - but not in this case).
2. Get everyone lined up at the altar to help them know the place they will land
3. Ask family members to 'stand' in their seats - since there wont be chairs there. Use the seating chart to help direct people to their seats.
4. Then after everyone is settled up at the 'altar' you can ask them to remember how they are standing because that's where they will land.
5. Then have everyone recess out. Have the bride and groom go first and do not let the 1st couple go until the bride and groom hit the last chairs, then they hit the halfway mark and the next group walks down. Have them "come together" as soon as the next couple leaves so that they are ready to walk.... Come together.... walk.... Come together.... walk, etc.
6. Then have usher Shannon release parents rows (we just need 1 for this so Amber can hang tight at this time)
7. Then once everyone is back at the end of the 'aisle' the officiant can exit from the side and you can get everyone lined up per the ceremony file
8. Then you can start the procession rehearsal - first the Groom with his parents then he takes his place, then the officiant will enter from the side so that the groom and officiant are in place.
- Then MOB Kelly with both Even and Patrick (they are groomsmen so they will have to loop back down the side to the lineup with the wedding party)
- Then Groom's attendants single file (walk slow but not toooo slow)
- The the Bride's attendants single file (walk slow but not tooo slow)
- Then the puppy dogs
- Then the Bride with her dad
9. Then after they get up to the aisle the groom can step forward, the bride can hug her dad, the groom can shake hands or hug the FOB and then dad can sit and the groom can bring the bride up to the front, she can pass her bouquet over to the Matron of Honor and hold hands with the groom.
10. Then the officiant can take over with the talking portion
11. After that's done you can practice the recessional again - couples - let the bride and groom hit the last chairs before the rest start.

22nd - Saturday
Rehearsal: Sarah please arrive by 230pm
Here is a link to our map with directions to get to our parking lot:
https://www.reimangardens.com/plan-your-visit/admissions-directions/.
She will park in S2 (there are signs) and enter through our East Gate (more signs directing the public entrance). She will check in at the kiosk and say she is here for the Googe Rehearsal and they will show her where to go. Just a heads up there is another ceremony on site, so I do expect a higher number of people coming in at that time.
