- Swiffer bar
- Check bar setup, ice, plastic glass stock, garnishes (cut)
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers
- Turn on and test POS / cash drawer key
- Review bar package for this event & timing
- Meet with Anthony to go over event details
- Start pre-pour – ask for help from other staff (2 to 3 people to help)
- Last call per event timeline
- Clean bar top, tools, and mats
- Restock for next event
- Secure cash drawer
- Clear out kegorator
- Take trash & recycling to designated area
- Mop bar
- Tips (do this last)
- Tip out barback 10% of all sales
- Send screenshot of POS to Anthony / send tip details / bar details – all in text
🍹 Bar Back
During event:
- Stock ice bins
- Keep water dispenser full
- Take out bar trash -though out night
- Refill beer, wine, liquor backup throughout event
- Re-stock cups, napkins, straws
- Assist bartender with running the POS/Register
- Help pour beer/wine – help with breaks
- Remove trash and recycling
- Clear all cups, cans, etc. from tables
- Help restock bar for next event
- Help put away juices / wine, ete
- Make re-stock carts for bar staff
- When caught up offer help to sweep, mop, clean main floor
🧹 Housekeeper
During event
- Check restrooms (soap, paper, trash)
- Sweep/mop high-traffic areas
- Wipe surfaces (bars, counters, railings)
- Take out trash as needed
- Help refill water or remind barback to do it
- Report issues to Facility Manager
- Dump bar cup into dump bucket
- Deep clean floors, linens, tables, surfaces
- Remove all trash and recycling
- Mop floors
- Wipe down venue surfaces
- Set space to venue needs (next event)
🏢 Facility Manager
Opening
- Unlock building & check doors
- Turn on lights, HVAC
- Make water dispenser
- Accept orders from Insta, Sams, etc.
- Check-in DJ and other vendors
- Verify event layout
- Setup buffet with all equipment
- Water in chaffers
- Check restrooms
- Address immediate issues
- Manage house keeper, bar back, bar, etc for cleaning – help as needed
- Walk full venue inspection
- Turn off lights, HVAC, sound
- Lock all doors
- Secure equipment & storage
- Text maintenance or incident notes to Anthony
- Final staff check-out
📋 Event Manager
Opening / During
- Review event timeline & BEO (food and bar order)
- Greet vendors & couple/client
- Confirm layout, décor, and flow
- Check in with bartenders & staff
- Troubleshoot early issues
- Instruct staff as needed
- Confirm event end & vendor load-out
- Oversee décor removal or storage for pickup by client
- Final client check-in
- Walk venue with Facility Manager to make sure we are set for next event
- Report notes, damages, or follow-ups
